# What is a custom domain?

In addition to the[ staging subdomain](/help-center/faqs/what-is-a-staging-domain.md), you can publish your site to any custom domain or subdomain.

* Custom Domain Example: **yourdomain.com**
* Subdomain Example: **subdomain.yourdomain.com**
